BT have sent me a list of all the things I will loose by leaving them. This includes loosing cloud storage. Can  anyone help me with what I should do? I am really keen to move away from BT but worried I might loose documents a photos stored in cloud.

@jendiva  Just downloaded all that information on to a PC and then you could set this all up on a different cloud storage provider.   OneDrive is a good example as you get something like 7Gb of data for nothing.   Then theres Dropbox with 5Gb of data.   Both these cloud storage options have apps for your photo.
