I have just switched a few days ago from BT to EE and still waiting for my new EE router to arrive.  I currently have a BT Smart Hub 2    BT-76ACS6   Do I need to contact someone?  I am on Fibre 50

They will probably leave you as you are - if it ain’t broke etc- which is what they did with me.

Many on here suggest the BT hub is superior to the EE version. Plus, if you have one, you can continue using your BT hub which doesn’t work with the EE router.

I was delighted when they let me keep my BT kit!

Do you mean the BT WiFi discs continue working with it?

Thought of that the minute you posted but couldn’t see any obvious method. All help appreciated! Ah! Think I’ve spotted the problem, I timed out?
