Wifi not working

Anybody got any idea why my smart hub won't connect.  I get the message "can't connect as there is a problem with your billing" I click the link to billing and it just says "you're up-to-date and I don't owe any money"

Don't understand

@Ropenta Would check that there is nothing going on with the Direct Debit if that is how you normally pay, the billing link will always say nothing wrong as it is how it display's. If not then you will have to call accounts link below.
