I recently paid £39 for 30 days package and my phone has been connecting to the wifi fine and everything has been loading, I use this on a few of my devices as my data is weak where i live. All of a sudden everything was buffering and when i went into my setting to reconnect and login to the wifi it’s suggesting all my neighbours’ wifi networks but not showing EE. I’ve had a look to see if it is down in my area (flint) but says there should be a good connection. Can anyone help me with what I can do as i don’t have access to anything now (data barely works) and it’s also coming out of the payment plan i’ve paid for which i’m not even able to use?!

Thank you this made much more sense without also patronising me, i won’t be able to use the EE wifi for a while then as it’s most likely my neighbours who are moving that had the signal i had access to but does this mean i have wasted £39 on wifi i now can’t access?

@molcarmeno I used the system many yaers ago when it was BT WiFi when I had a job travelling the country when I needed to stay in touch with work. However it does seem the number of Hotspots is reducing.
Ironically the Contact Us on their website is reporting an error at the moment, but if you get in touch with Customer Service they may be able to help.

@Mustrum : EE WiFi's Contact US works OK for me as well giving, rare for EE, email addys.
@molcarmeno : By its very nature the EE WiFi coverage is very fluid. What was there yesterday may not be there today & v.v. Therefore it is only sensible to search for a hotspot close enough nearby 1st before buying a ticket to ride.

Seems it was a temporary glitch and Contact Page is working again.
But don't agree about EE WiFi expectations, but I can see the changes have resulted in poorer customer experience.

It was just unfortunate timing as i paid for the plan only yesterday and thought that I could no longer access it at all meaning I had paid £39 for 24 hours, thank you for your help so far it has been useful it’s now showing up in my wifi list again but might be a bit faulty for a while because of the glitch as when i click on it now it just says unable to join😂🤦🏽♀️ hopefully it sorts itself out soon enough

Of course you're always at the mercy of the owner of the router nearby emitting EE WiFi.
