Openreach CSP

Hello! I have noticed the cable to the openreach box outside the house for the full fibre broadband (think it's called the CSP?) looks like it has possibly come out - not sure if it's supposed to look like this. Broadband still works and everything though. I've attached a photo of what I'm talking about, and it looks like the large grey cable should be going directly into the box rather than looping round, right? Should I contact EE to send someone out? Is this likely to cause any issues if I just leave it as it is?

Thanks in advance!

@Anon2024  I looks like that’s how it was installed.  It’s a poor job at that as the fibre cable shouldn’t be open to the elements because anything can catch that cable and break it.    Personally I would call.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the reply. The cable isn't stuck to the wall like that, it's completely loose that's why I was unsure if it came out or was installed like that. Stupid question, but do you think they would charge to come out and have this fixed? If so, not a large amount I hope!

Should be free as it's their property & you haven't accidently damaged or vandalised it.
