Hi

I don't know if anyone can give me any advice but I had a power cut and my wifi to my phone stopped working.  I have rebooted my router,  restarted my phone and still no joy.  Problem is that I live in an area where I can't get a mobile signal.

I have to drive out the area to phone,  any one have any ideas please

Thanks in advance

Yep even when i press wifi

Then I fear that your mobile is faulty.

Post an image of that WiFi screen.

How do I post a pic of that?  I can't send anything from my phone as no signal here

If it is my phone then EE can supply me a replacement as my contact was due last year and I didn't do an upgrade

Thank you for your help but I can't do this, I will have to drive out in the morning somewhere and ring up.

I seem to remember last time something like this happened they had to switch something on as it had auto turned off at EE end.  It didn't recognize my phone.

Shame EE can't get the signal here to work.

Finally got it sorted this morning after spending 30 mins on the phone with tech support.

Thank you for your advice.
