Cant setup Smart Wifi plus or setup Game Mode

I can't setup My Smart Wifi plus AP as it asks me to use the app when try to use the app it does not link to the right email and tells me "We can't load this information" it takes me back when the AP as been sat on my table since 23rd Dec 2023 and nothing as been fix or sorted also my ONT  give me Red light On the LOS  when ONT is rebooting.

When the ONT is re-syncing it is a Loss of Signal.
