We are having issues with our EE broadband, particularly on our EE TV Pro box which is less then 5m away.
WiFi speed test on mobile shows DL 857 and UL 99.8. seems to just be an issue on the TV box pro. Have reset the TV box, reset the router, run the troubleshooting online which said it identified an issue and restarted the router. Still having the same issues.
Can't wire it due to location, we've tried with power line and it worked on and off but wasn't stable enough, although shouldn't have to run cabled with a good WiFi package.
Anyone else have these issues?

@aaronb110 Cabled Ethernet will always be better than wireless wifi no matter what you try, what is the actual issue with the TV box, and is there not a speed testing app on it with the likes of netflix showing streaming to the unit. Should not need anymore than about 50Mb/s to the TV unit for a stream at 4K resolution!

You you don't say what issues with the EE TV. All you say is BB speeds are good.

Sorry I realised I missed out the actual issues! The EE box is constantly jittering, low picture quality and freezing and jumping forwards. This is on both live TV (we don't have an Ariel so run through internet) and the apps such as iPlayer.

Speed on the netflix speed test shows 146.02 Mbps.

@aaronb110 And at that kind of speed there should be no issues, so the next is it everything that is not working ie every app that is used for the streaming process from the Internet router to your Pro TV box by the connection method that you are using.... Is there anything on the TV part off the Forum giving any idea to what is going on?

Have just had a chat with the support team, they've sent an engineer out as the connection is showing as poor on their end and they don't know why. Cheers everyone.
