Hi, I have two EE Wifi Extenders (Pro) both of which are showing as being connected to the hub, however one of them is showing as having no devices attached and signal as N/A (2nd picture) whereas the 2nd extender shows as being connected (3rd picture) also on the app on the phone its is showing as no signal.
I have tried to reset it and move it closer, same happens, I have tried to move it further away, same happens.
Any help would be appreciated.

The thing i learned with my wifi extender was reset by holding WPS and sometimes with devices its trying to get WiFi threw the hub

@Andy461 Will take a look once the pictures get cleared for viewing, have you looked and done the following from the linked post? https://192.168.1.254 web manager and advanced / wireless /extenders is the place to be showing you what is going on with the extenders.

Also see this linked post for what to look at connection wise with the web manager.

@Andy461 Your pictures have just cleared, showing that the conservatory one is failing to connect on the wireless 6Ghz backhaul and THAT IS needed for the connection to work, is it sitting flashing orange per chance but it is showing connected good which is strange.
The reboot time was also short at just over a minute, takes a little time for the mesh to work itself out...
What is the physical relationship between the Hub and both extenders as the crow flies, distance and walls / doors / glass panels etc.... ie is the Conservatory smart wireless just too far away from the hub to make the 6Ghz signal, and the 6Ghz has a real hard time getting through walls that are brick or foil lined plasterboard, if you had a long Ethernet cable you could quickly test by connecting the two devices together for an Ethernet backhaul....
similar swap the two units over position wise, as you know the upstairs is connecting and working fine...

@Andy461 See the link, Re: Devices connect to WiFi but is assigned no IP address - The EE Community
This is one of the BT Complete wireless disk's i setup 4 weeks ago, was similar in hub was in the appartment below, and the disc was direct above in the upper other house appartment, owner was sharing the wifi between both the homes he owns, and no access for me so just did it all like yours but with only the add device from the web manager, mesh was up and running within a few minutes once connected, then i moved the disc couple days later more central to cover the whole upper home, but had to make sure it was still capable of seeing the 5GHZ signal, did not recapture the signal strength after that so pic is direct above the hub connected to the disc so say 10 foot with a ceiling and floor boards with also a laminate flooring on top, moved disk further 15 foot diagonal position to centre of the room and still working fine connections wise... Moving the disk to one off the bedrooms it would NOT work as failed to reach the wireless signal below....

@JimM11 Thanks for coming back, noted re the 6Ghz connection and no the orange light is not still flashing, both are showing the solid aqua light.
Regarding the reboot, following the step I took i.e. plug in ethernet cable etc I left it for an hour and still no change.
One thing two note, if I unplug the upstairs one and then repair the downstairs (so its the only extender connected) it connects as expected but if I then re power the upstairs one I get the non 6Ghz connection on the upsatirs one.
2 things I think this proves 1) its not faulty equipment (which EE think it is) 2) the one in the conservatory is in the correct position to connect to the hub.

@Andy461 Does seem logical with what you have done, don't see why you would have to do a pairing again though, so with upstairs off and the conservatory saying connected, did any devices also join at that time and connect to the extender. would be good to see the snapshots with the connection to the 6Ghz and what the strength ie the -db thinks the unit is at...
With a Ethernet connected, the unit should have went straight wired backhaul and you would see that in the web manager...
When wired to the Hub devices should have an instant connect and use the Ethernet to shove the data about to the extender.
Have never used the Pro or the Extenders, fully Asus mesh wired and wireless mixed backhaul's and thankfully never has an issue apart from devices sometimes not jumping to the strongest signal but that is just to be expected at times, quick on off on the devices sort's it out instantly.
It may also just be the reporting with both the web and app, some other posting's with the one linked above, although the OP had them all wired backhaul, there were devices connected to each off the nodes.
Has also been suggested, switch the Hub off, leaving the extenders powered up, then after about 5mins restart the hub and see what each connection does to the extenders after they reconnect watching the lights if they change etc.

@Andy461 Was going to suggest the one at a time, with the other off and see if you get doth the 6Ghz and at least a device connected, not really sure how good the EE software is at reporting back when multiple extenders are connected and what is happening with possible cross wireless wifi signals going on, not enough tools in the web manager to help i think!
