Wifi 300 dowload but ethernet only 95

Just had Full Fibre installed and really pleased with the Wi-Fi speed of 300 download and 46 upload which I'm getting on iPhone, PC and Smart TV. The issues start when I connect via Ethernet which is all CAT6 via network switch. This drops the download to 95 download but upload remains at 46. Iven even tried wiring direct to PC and Smart tv from the Router and still only get 95 download. I've also tried using different Ports and disconnected all other items connected via Ethernet sill only get 95. I've contacted EE three times and basically been told in the last call if I'M not happy I'm in the 14 cooling off period so can cancel as the only contractual obligation is to supply speed not lower than 250 to the property!!! I believe the Ports on the SmartHub 6 are limiting to 100 and not offering the full speed advertised. Is anyone else having this issue and do they have a solution?

As I say I've tried all combinations of connections even Hub resets and ONT resets and still only get 95 download speed

The issue is more likely the network switch, try removing it & see what happens

As I said I’ve done all that and gone direct from hub to the devices and still getting only 95 download with network switch disconnected

@Ajwood13   what TV and PC do you have, and have you checked the spec of the network ports? Most TV's only have 100Mbps ethernet ports so no real surprise there, but no idea what PC you have, but if you check your network setting you should be able to see the specs and connection speed.

Pc set to 1Gb on network card you may have a point with tv though. However 95 on direct to smarthub and through network switch as I’ve said and surely if it was a network switch issue connecting direct to smarthub would give expected speeds
