WiFi pro mess

Ok so I renewed my contract in March don’t know why but thay sent me a wifi pro may b stock issue I don’t know was not complaining so bag came sent the other one back but apparantly I should lot of got the pro that are trying to make us pay the extra now and thay have cut me off from what little settings we where allowed lol account is a mess due to changed order and over pricing

Yea thay did say that it might be the ONT

@Cardiffjamesh Cannot see that myself, but would for sure be asking EE to have a TECH take a look at it, they can go via the USB port and will have diagnostics that can inspect every aspect of the Router and its operation!

He connected by Ethernet three or four times (I lost count). Twice the router completely locked up so he couldn’t access the settings at all. The only way to get it working again was a full factory reset. After that it would run fine for a while, but then it crashed again about 20 minutes later while he was still here — my daughter even shouted up that it was playing up again.

 

You really shouldn’t have to reset the router every week just to keep it working. We’ve got Openreach handling the line, so I don’t think the issue is with the laptops. It’s probably an EE router problem.

@Cardiffjamesh You should not need to do it ever as far as i am concerned, really bad day when it needs to be done!

 It don’t help when you can’t even get YouTube or Netflix on mobile internet lol think the DNS blocking it 

might play

@Cardiffjamesh Does your phone not show a wireless connection it was on mobile 4G connected network!

2nd video, would not rely on the app for anything, it is just not good!

I was in the hot tub poor WiFi when I was doing the fast.net and YouTube so it usually is 4g or 5g there just dns block some services feels like
