Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

The SH 6 Plus & SH 7 Plus operate at 2.4 & 5 GHz.

The SH 7 Pro operates at 2.4, 5 & 6 GHz.

You may see & enable/disable them on the Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config page.

@XRaySpeX Are you sure the 7 Plus operates in the 6Ghz band, it say's dual band operation only.
