WiFi controls

Good morning 

I am having issues connecting m WiFi controls to my EE app

I have removed and installed new version of app but still no luck

It is a new router as I have transferred to EE from bt

@Rabblerock When you login to your EE ID on the web, what do you see? Accounts, for BB and or Mobile if you have both?

When I open up account it has phone left hand side broadband on right click broadband tab and then it's says set up WiFi controls follow tutorial and scan qr code but it does not connect to router
