Thanks for coming to the community.
If the bill has been paid, give our customer service guides a call, and they'll see if it is showing on the account yet, and if the restriction has been lifted if it is.
Depending on how the payment has been made, it can take a couple of days for the payment to show on the account as @XRaySpeX mentioned.
