Our old contract with BT got moved to EE but now i cant link i cant veiw anything and i want to change but cant see any costs either. The prices was meant to stay the same but i get charged £5 more after the change

Welcome to the community.

You would need to login with an EE ID now on the EE website or through the EE app, rather than the using your BT ID as @XRaySpeX mentioned.

If you already have the EE ID, you can login on the website or app and there is an option to link the account.

You can also create an account if you haven't already got one set up.

What are you trying to link your BB to? You no longer have use of your BT a/c. You need to register & link to a new EE a/c.
