WiFi Enhancer does not work

Has anyone had an issue where the WiFi enhancer does not actually populate in the app? It is part of my plan, and I have gotten it to work one time. It typically tells me "WiFi Enhancer is not available. You need to connect to your home WiFi." Even though I am actively connect to my home WiFi while on the app?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I get the issue you describe now and again. To resolve I fully close the app and start it up again. Or sometimes switching from the broadband tab to the billing tab for e.g and then back to the broadband tab fixes it. 

It’s never been a constant issue for me, just every now and again but the EE app is incredibly unpredictable so everyone’s experience will be different.

I know it sounds kind of obvious but have you tried deleting the app and then reinstalling?

@NotANetGuru Do you only have the EE Router connected, and not another one or mesh system on an ethernet double nat?

I have the same problem unable to use the enhancer spoke to ee advisors they don’t have clue of what you are telling them this has gone on for a fortnight been promised to have sorted out yet all ways let down and fobbed of just wish they was honest with me and say they don’t no what it is  instead of wasting my time in the meantime just keep paying them the £5 pound for something that doesn’t work  cheers EE

I'm sorry you have had a poor experience when reporting this to the team. I can only recommend raising this with the team again and they should be able to get this investigated further if they are not able to get it resolved then and there for you.
