Still no WiFi controls through the app, really getting fed up now it’s just been one problem after another. I’m also getting sick of how little control there is over the hub, I have a device that isn’t playing nice with the channel it’s assigned but there is absolutely no way to change it from what I can tell which is a joke, it means my device is effectively useless all because you won’t give the user any kind of control?The lack of DNS settings as well, I’m getting to the point I’m going to cancel under consumer rights because I’m not getting the service that was advertised. I shouldn’t have to be spending hours on the phone and internet to try and make our broadband usable, that is by no way an exaggeration. I’ve spent hours. Im honestly starting to feel I’d be better off with a City Fibre provider that is cheaper and you buy your own router. If I’m wrong about the channels please tell me and as for the app I’m not the only one is there an ETA on fixes?

I order EE Smart Hub specifically for the WiFi controls as my son is doing GCSE this year. Broadband glitchy WiFi controls don't work get error message "we can't load this information" Been mis sold. As messages above from year ago so clearly selling a product that isn't ready! Will cancel as in cooling period and jump to virgin or sky thanks

Last week I spoke to executive complaints and was informed that over this weekend they will roll out a fix to there app(app up date)that will fix the issue of No Wifi controls. Guess what weekend passes and still no remedy to this issue.I called and was told the new up date has been tested and this has fixed the issue,I informed EE this was not the case for me.I checked the EE app on Play store and apple store,it would appear the app was last updated on 2nd Feb 24.You have the back office telling another department that the issue is resolved,you have the customers telling them this is not the case and we the paying customer is suffering.I even wrote a letter to the CEO and have I got a response or even an acknowledged 'NO'.customer service for you.

It is a very poor show when as they say they are the biggest provider and can't get a simple app to work and still conning thousands of people into using them and taking the customers money under false promises and pretense. Transferred to EE last week as recommended by BT - signed up due to the ability to control WIFI - as others are reporting I get the message ‘We can’t load this information, not your fault it’s hours…..’ complained and was promised it would be fixed within 48to 72 hours - complained again and told will get a response within another 72 working hours!!
Absolute joke - no customer service - making promises they can’t keep. Why are EE continuing to sign people up. Really angry and if not sorted I will contact ofcom and be taking legal action

Same for me. 3 months in, still nothing. Eagerly awaiting EE's response and long overdue fix.
