WiFi 7

How many people have got the new WiFi 7 router. I got text message and been on phone none stop. Been told should be getting new router last week. Still nothing and when go on chat. Get told not able to have it. Even though I’m a new customer and have the 1.6gb package and pay £79.99

I had a text and an email today to state one has been dispatched. Although weirdly I don’t need it as I’ve already got one. I signed up to EE last week 900mbps and they sent me one and a Smart WiFi Pro. So I was a bit confused today when I got the text. Thought it might be a delayed message from last week, but it’s a different Royal Mail Tracking number. I did try and get the 1.6gb package (as it was available to me) but couldn’t as was having the TV too.

@Reign_in_Beard in beard that wied appering to send you a second wifi 7 hub when there claiming to be out of stock and we were all due one by monday at latest it really is a big mess this

Definitely looks like it. I might hold it to ransom till they let me upgrade to the 1.6gb package!

Im on the 1.6 gbbs and the service is terrible it is a mess because i get tv from sky and i couldnt get everything through ee they still havent answered my question can i go back to the social ecnomic pakage ethier

Hey bud.

These are the EE terms and conditions on the smart hub pro, it does state that anyone on the 1.6gbps new or existing gets its included.

Not sure why you haven’t got it, if you are on the 1.6 service you are able to get it under their own terms. I did contact them pretty early on the day it was released so it may be in batches
