Wi-fi controls

Hi,

I've been trying to connect to Wi-Fi Controls via the EE app but with no luck - I just keep seeing the three loading dots. Anyone else coming across this problem? Thank you.

How long ago was your broadband connected? 

Could you try restarting the router and the EE app, does this work for you?

Hi Leanne - appreciate the reply. My EE wifi was connected last Friday. Will do as you suggest and come back to you.

Hi, I’ve got the same problem. Reset the router and re downloaded app and still not working. Only joined EE on Tuesday and may have to leave in the cooling off period. Spent about 4 hours on the phone in the last 3 days.

I didn't have a great experience using the app, I ended up accessing the Hub Manager via the IP: 192.168.1.254

 

Thanks for this. I am only using wifi controls to use the wifi enhancer - this cannot be done in the hub manager

Oh yes you're right, the hub manager is very basic. I use a TP-Link router now as gave up waiting for the EE app to be fixed.

@Mikesessions1 What router are you using, and version of the EE app, ios or android user?
