EE App - Manage Broadband

I cannot manage broadband via the EE App. Just get a spinning wheel. Have tried resetting hub: reinstalling app.  Also does not work via the web interface where I get the error “This service isn’t working right now”. 
If I recall correctly it worked for a couple of days since I migrated from BT about three months ago and it hasn’t worked since. 
I can manage Mobile and view TV details and full mobile and broadband bills. Just Manage Broadband is broken.

Any advice would be appreciated other than to call in to support. Had plenty of “on hold”punishment with EE over the past few months. 😂

@baabaa90 Your not going to like this but only EE CS can take look and see what is going on with your account side of things and router status, so if you do not wish to phone them there is nothing the forum can do!

Grrr!  Thanks @JimM11 .  Looks like a three Shredded Wheat breakfast this morning to build up the stamina to call. 🤣
