Hi where is this on the EE app? this is where I can select game/work mode?
Well it ain’t on the EE app so poor being pushed and having no choice from moving from BT as EE are suppose to be taking over their home broadband so BT can concentrate on Business Broadband. I have been a BT customer for well over 10 years and had no issues been with EE a matter of days and the hardware and software (apps) are very flaky to put it politely. I had no choice in moving over but the service is woefully poor compared to BT and yet BT owned EE.
Can EE admit their App has issues tell customers the truth and when are they actually going resolve these known issue out. Does anybody know we can actually go back to being a BT customer or are we stuck with EE?
PS don’t get me started with the customer service where you are stuck in a queue on average of 30 mins before someone talks to you who have no technical knowledge and put you through to their tech support wait another 30 mins and they hang up on you !! Any other customers relate to this woeful service.
