Hi I became a new fibre broadband customer on 18th April 2024. Part of the offer was free Xbox game pass Ultimate for 6 months. I received ed email confirming I would receive further email in 14 days from activation of broadband to activate the game pass.
I received no further email. Therefore using the hyperlink i received in email on the 18/04 (please see screemshot) it takes me to my microsoft account where it is offering me only 1 month subscription not 6. I therefore did not press confirm and I am posting on here in hope anyone can help. Ty

@Kevans80 Have you logged into your account to see if the add on is available there?

Yes it has gaming tab I click on that and when I log on to microsoft account it's only showing 1 month

@Kevans80 Looks like you are going to have to call EE CS to sort this out for you.

I joined at the beginning of May 2024 and part of my broadband contract was a 12 month free XBOX game pass but I haven't heard anything!! Hopefully I will get my email soon. Did EE sort it out for you?
