Your home fixed line internet is down or WiFi from the router?
Have you tried restarting your router.

@Chloemd02 What WiFi service do you have?
What router do you have and what lights are showing? Have you tried turning it off for a minute or two and trying again?
Have you looked at the contact us page, just follow the links and give customer services a call.

Like you can connect to the internet but it doesn’t work but the router is still on the colour it’s ment to be on
