I’ve got my EE router located in my living room and whenever I sit in that room I can’t get a Wi-Fi signal, it also kills my 5g signal and makes my iPhone 14 Pro Max unusable.
Wifi and 5g signal are fine when not in the living room.
Can anyone suggest a remedy to this that doesn’t include my current solution of switching off the router?

Hi @Hlvd
Welcome to the community.
Is it just the mobile phone that can't connect in the living room or do other devices have the same problem?

Hi, I’ve no access to anything else to try it out, I’ve no laptop or iPad.

We need to establish whether the problem is likely to be with the phone or the WiFi connection, @Hlvd
Is there anyone else that you know who could try connecting their phone or another device to your WiFi in your living room?

No, I’m the only one in the house.
I do have an Amazon Cube in the room connected by Ethernet cable, I’ll try it through Wi-Fi tonight and see what it does.
