Hi there! I have had an appointment with a technician to come and install my full fiber internet and router and no one has come. I have been trying to play with it my self but it’s seems it’s not working

@brianptak11 : Have you received the router & had the ONT, a box on inside of an outside wall, been installed?
You'll need to contact CS to rearrange the appointment.

It is highly unlikely that the instal would have been planned for today as it is a bank hpliday. Customer service should be able to tell you when it is due to be installed.
