I have been trying to log into my ee acct online for 3 days and it just keeps coming up blocked !
I was trying to find out about switching to ee broadband from BT but whenever I try I get sorry system error try again , getting really fed up as beginning to think it is a ruse to get you on the phone when all I want to do is get some pricing which I should be able to access through the website , also same issue with access from my mobile ( with ee) !
Anyone else experiencing this frustration ?

@bl00bell : You can see EE's EE's BB Deals w/out being logged into your MyEE a/c but you might be better off doing it from your MyBT a/c to switch you to EE.

Thank you for your reply 👍 unfortunately I have tried every way possible even through my BT acct just gives me the 'oops something went wrong 'call this number 😠 I can't even access the help on my ee app on my mobile !

@bl00bell, have you tried logging in to your account via the website?
You may need to uninstall the app, reboot and reinstall the app as well as clear cache. If that still doesn’t work, then I would suggest ringing customer service to reset your account.
You may need to call BT customer service about switching from BT to EE broadband.

Hi , yes I have tried via the website too but no luck , also getting unable to access speed testing and service checks via BT online and the app . I think a few phone calls will need to be made 😟
