Which TP link is best for Full direct fiber

I need to get a range extender and EE told me that TP links is the best as their boosters were described as steping stones where TP links was described as a modem and i want to know which is best to get that will act like a modem?

@vasyear Your post is conflicting on information request, if you are just looking for a range extender then go to the tp-link web site and take a look, if you know which router you are going to get from EE then ideally match that spec. HTH

They're not modems & anyway you don't need a modem. The ONT on the wall acts as the modem.
