Re: Landline not receiving calls from EE network.

I converted to EE on 20 May 2024 and since then my landline phone will not take incoming calls. Yes it is a EE BT issue. I am of the opinion that they have not done enough research on old handsets being about to take incoming calls. I am 80 and my friends of a similar age are worried about and some have even made me a visit. I have had my new router checked by a computer expert who confirms I have plugged every thing right. I have spoken to BT, on the phone for over a hour, who said he thought it was my router so sent me another. That does not work either. I am paying for a landline which does not take incoming calls. I have made a complaint but no result yet.

@DianeGrant : What EE BB plan are you on? What router do you have?
