Hi I have a Fibre 900 service which had been in place for over 12 months and has been working fine with consistent download speeds of 900mps+.
In April we had a power cut in the house and since then we are constantly through the day seeing download speeds drop to less than 30mps.
I've restarted the onto and the router (pfsense) and checked all cabling inside the property and still having the same issue. The reductions are happening across the day and night and have monitored with no activity (everyone away for weekend) and still occurring so not use in the house. Coincidentally, or maybe not, the max speed now seems to peak at about 800mps.
I've messaged 66033 a few times and the bot states it can't see any problems.
Any advice?

@the_bodgeruk As you do not suspect that it is your equipment then you will have to call EE CS and report and request an engineer. You will have to put on the EE equipment as that is all they will support.
