Hi there,
I have received a message from EE to connect our router by tomorrow before 8am ,but unfortunately we have not received any of the equipment. I have been tracking my order but it is not showing.

Guaranteed to be in the massive postal strike backlog.
Not much can be done except visiting your local sorting office with proof of ID and asking for a search.
