Charged for my previous broadband

Hi there! Recently EE changed my broadband and my contract ended. But even though I was still charged for my old broadband for some reason. Any help? What I should I do?

@Iliana : Which BB products did you have before & now?

Are they both listed under your MyEE for BB?

@Iliana  is the bill your normal one or is it different? Have you had a final bill?

Final bills normally come out around three weeks after you move, and will contain any refunds that may be due.
