I have a broadband package that includes my landline. I know that when I joined from BT, there were several call packages available. At the time I chose not to take one of these, but would now like to check what these packages are and if they are suitable for me.
However, no matter how much I search the EE site I cannot find any details of the packages available or even how to add them to my current package. I can find information on the site which clearly outlines the packages that are available, such as 700 minutes, etc. But no where can I find the package details, costs or options to add to my current package.
Anyone know what is happening with these?

This is interesting: I've just re-contracted with EE Broadband and I asked about the 700 minutes inclusive calls package (which I had previously with BT): I was told the only options now available are PAYG or the Unlimited minutes option - at £14 per month.
I've asked several times since transferring across from BT to EE in March and each time been told the 700 minutes option is no longer available.
I wonder if it all depends which Broadband package you're on..?

Page 14 lists the 700 minute plan (as per my posting above, though I didn’t give the URL there 😢), and there is no indication whatsoever that its availability is restricted in any way.
Nor can I see any newer pricelist posted.
So refer them to that, and ask why you can’t have an item from their current pricelist?
But I don’t think it matters which plan you are on, BT and EE don’t want to sell you this option.
I had this issue recontracting with BT, where they wouldn’t even continue my existing 700 minute Plan. It was resolved by them discounting the Unlimited phone plan to within a whisker of the 700 minute price. Mutter ‘Value Team’ if necessary.

Thanks - I have found a price list from this month, where the 700 minutes call pack is still listed:
I might have a chat with CS is day or 2 once my current order is completed: Compared to what you pay for a SIM dea, the cost of calls on Digital Voice are exorbitant.

@Traynor78 : It's the same 1 as @Midnight_Voice posted & has been on about.
