Well after over 20 year with BT we will have to finally say goodbye. We were leaving for Sky and as were a loyal customer they convinced us to stay. One month on, 4 contracts and 7 hours on the phone they are yet to honour the agreements made! What an absolute joke. No wonder UK businesses don't survive. Get the basics right! Honor the contracts you offer and don't mess your existing customers about. It is more expensive to gain new ones!
