Weak WiFi signal across the house

I've recently upgraded our EE broadband to full fibre. The WiFi speed is good near the router but one floor down in our living room it is disappointingly poor. Is there a booster that can help resolve this problem?

Hi @Johnhsenior

Which router do you have.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

@Johnhsenior  Have you or can you try relocating that router to a different location?   Is the router next to an another electrical device?   If it is that could be the issue.

@Johnhsenior   If you want to stick with an EE solution you could ask about Smart WiFi Plus. They do other solutions, but do check with the Broadband Care team as they are not all interchangeable, so will depend on the router you have.

Or have a look at your own router with a Mesh system.
