But each time I try to view my details I'm the EE app the page doesn't load and I get a message that says something like I can't view this page as I don't have permissions. I'm pretty sure I'm over my original contract length as it's been over 2 years.
I'm not wanting to leave EE but I want to see what options there are.

When I do that I get I get a message saying technical error with a phone number to call. Hopefully I have included a screenshot in my reply.

Don't worry, your images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.
