Hello
I have recently signed up for the 1.6 GBPS service, and I'm being told by my VOIP provider that SIP ALG is in operation on my router. I need to turn this off. I can't see any settings in my router. Please help?

You can neither turn SIP ALG on or off using that router, Smart Hub Pro or Plus. To have that setting you would need to be using a third party router that has the SIP ALG ability and user changeable setting.

@Stevemac78 Does the VOIP service that you have got, recommend any specific routers that work on there system. With the EE Pro VOIP is designed and inbuilt for the DV system of EE only, and if it is a clash with your VOIP service, then there will be no choice but to replace your router.
Only other info i could find so it may be worth trying.

Goddamn I wish I'd remembered this as I've literally today switched from Sky whose router supports ALG.
I wonder if i could set that router to disabled SAP and use it as a bridge straight to the new smart hub plus?

@richardgc1 Not going to be much help for you now, EE Stuffed up the FW to the router, threw the toys out the pram and well long story short now back at sky with a perfectly working ISP router again.
