Using landline to phone an 0330 number and constantly get the engaged tone

Using landline to phone an 0330 number and constantly get the engaged tone but can get through on mobile.
Have tried phoning other 0330 numbers including EE and there's no problem. It's just one particular number, which is a utility company. Thank you for any ideas
.

@macca20211 Its very unlikely that you have hide your number and 1470 before removes that, try from a friends landline if you have one that uses a landline to see if you get through with a ringing tone.
