Use Home Hub through own router for Digital Voice.

I’d like to use my own router with the EE FTTP service, I already know I can connect it directly to the ONT for connectivity but I also need to use Digital Voice for my landline. Rather than connecting the EE router to the ONT and then connecting my own via a DMZ (or at least this was how it could be done with the BT Smart Hub 2), is it possible to connect the EE router through my own and still access Digital Voice?

So the connection would look like this, OR ONT > My Router > EE Home Hub (via DMZ if necessary) > Analog phone connected to EE Hub.

Thanks in advance.

@AStaUK No the EE Hub has to be the first connection on the wan for the ONT for the DV to function.

Thanks for the quick reply, I thought that would be the answer. I will have to experiment with the Home Hub Plus and see how I feel, otherwise I can always add my own router back in to handle the household connections.
