Upload speed is shockingly slow 0.97mb

Hi my WiFi signal seems to be getting worse my download speed is what ee says it will be but my upload speed is slower than a week in jail I can’t even get a video to load on YouTube or get my ps to work online properly

I’m sick of supplying my data speeds it’s a load of nonsense it does
nothing I’ve done it 3 times in 4 months I’m not doing it anymore get my
upload sorted or I’ll cancel the direct debit as simple as that

You have never supplied any router info to us in the whole time you have come here. Without the info we requested we cannot help you any further. What you may have supplied to CS in the past has nowt to do with us.

I’ve supplied it to ee every time they’ve asked for it bud sorry but your some wee random WiFi warrior on a forum I’m posting no details whatsoever I asked if anyone knew why it was so slow

@Brianbuckham   you may have given info to EE, alas this is not a mind reading forum.

Your upload speed is what it is for one of two probable reasons.

1. You are on ADSL and that is the most speed your line can deliver due to the distandce from the exchange.

2. You are on FTTC and that is the most your line can deliver due to the distance from the cabinet.

No one on here has access to your account or knows what you said to EE, not sure why you are posting really.
