3 days without broadband, lost a day of work waiting for a promised delivery no shown; 5 calls hang off, no solution; engineer text me and when l returned no answer back.

20 years without BP never had any problem like this. Decided to move last year and very disappointed

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your broadband, and that you've been left feeling disappointed after speaking with the team.

The best option is to get back in touch with the team, as we don't have account access here on the Community, however, it may be best at this point to make a complaint.
