Hi,
I have just moved in to a new house and have set up EE for broadband. I am unable to manage the wifi controls in the app. It is stuck on updating the hub but when I go back it states its unable to download the update.
Anyone know why this is? It's been 3 weeks now and I have rebooted the hub and redownloaded the app several times.
I already contacted EE through a call and they are unable to help me as the actual wifi is working.

Im new to EE. Service activated on 28th February, now nearly 3 weeks later my app is still saying the same as this! Stuck on updating app and when I go back onto it states that its unable to install.
I have rebooted the router so many times and also deleted the app and reinstalled.
Please can someone give me some advice as to what is wrong. Customer service guides state there's nothing wrong with it as my router is working and I am getting WiFi.
Im losing the will to live at this point with it.

@Xnatalie If EE is saying there is nothing wrong at there side, you cannot install the app, is there anything else that is wrong?
If you go to your account with a WEB connection other than that mobile can you see everything, your details, your account orders, your bills etc, your not the first to have app/hub problems and you will not be the last!

My account information and everything is absolutely fine. Just unable to control my wifi through the app. It just shows this on it..

@Xnatalie Please be aware that until your posted pictures are approved for viewing no one get's to see anything so not instant viewing!

@Xnatalie Your pictures are cleared now, so looks like you are connected on one off the EE wireless wifi 7 hubs, either a Plus or a Pro version, would advise you to go take a look at the EE Hub using the web Manager Interface, and that is best done NOT on a mobile device, http://192.168.1.254 to get on and look!
If you have any wireless wifi booster's either EE type or third party would be having them all off until you get the app connected!
Take a look at the app version on your mobile, this is the current Android as far as i can see from google app store.

Android app version 5.81.0 dated 12th March has just become available today for my device.
