Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong with these mesh extenders. Got 3 along with the EE smart hub pro, plugged the extenders in used the app and waited for orange light to flash then clicked WPS button on back of each one… goes to teal so it’s connected then a few minutes to an hour or so later it’ll quickly go orange then back to teal then it’ll do it again and again and again. Checked the EE app and one minute it says strong signal and ideal spot on all 3 then it’ll go orange and back to normal and the app will then say poor signal or move closer to hub when they’ve not been moved.
It’s annoying as the BT black discs worked without issue but switching over to EE hardware has been nothing but a headache, someone said to plug them in via Ethernet over night to make sure they’re updated however they are on firmware r3.8.26-r-1595999-prod-1 which is the up to date one. Any help would be appreciated

@Deucalion27 The links are all below. The Smart Wireless Pro extenders work way different than the old BT versions that you have/had!

I’ll reset them and try via Ethernet then place them around the house. They don’t seem any different to the BT complete WiFi only that they’re bigger and white

@Deucalion27 They work completely different in the operation and backhaul control, if you cannot make them work and you still have all your old BT Equipment you can use those that is the BT Hub and the complete wireless black disk's, they work fine on an EE Service.
You cannot mix and match the devices!

Sent all that stuff back Friday which I now wished I kept 😂. Did you set yours up in any particular way (if you have them) and how many did you use

@Deucalion27 Sorry quit EE they do not know what they are doing, would suggest you do only ONE extender to start with, get that working then move on to others.... Also be sure to have NO OTHER booster devices in play as you do it all!
Once you have it connected and paired, Aqua light then move to the position, they use the 6Ghz high speed backhaul if you are not using a wired backhaul method which is way better....
Your existing setup did you also require to have a Hub and 3 Extenders? 100% Asus and Ai Wired / wireless mesh company who knows what they are doing!

Yeah I’ll probably reset router and extenders back to factory settings then try 1 at a time then if it carries on I’ll contact EE and they can send out someone. I cancelled the EE guide as I don’t need them to set stuff up YET I obviously do need them and wish I hadn’t cancelled. Probably best if I get them round to set me up with the broadband equipment

I get this all the time too

@Deucalion27 Mesh is NOT easy at times, so needs care when done especially on something like the EE Pro wifi7 and MLO functionality, will take a look at your posted pic once it is cleared for general viewing! There is very little to help it along web manager wise, never mind what the stupid app is able to do or show!
Take a look at this posting also, and from @bobpullen with respect to what the app may show or not!
