I've received new modems to get the BT/EE package and save money but now I can't make or receive calls on my landline. I can send texts on my mobile phone but I think I've broken it by getting the SIM card stuck and also think I may have accidentally deleted the microphone when I was deleting apps to get more memory. Contacting EE seems to be just by phone and I can't do that as I can't use my mobile or my landline. Is there an email address for EE or do they do web chats?

@Heather2024 Have you plugged your landline phone into the socket on the back of your Hub to see if that works?
Set up your Digital Home Phone | Home Phone Help | EE
Thanks
