I was switched from Plusnet to EE. When I try and link a product (broadband) it says broadband found, but more details needed. I am required to enter my billing Account Number or landline number. I haven't been given my Billing Account number ( I didn't receive a Welcome email which should contain it and my landline number is rejected with “we don’t recognise this landline number”.
Can someone give me the correct Billing Account Number or correct the invalid landline error.

@Keith0071 : You'll need to call CS to get your BB a/c no.
Since the advent of digital landlines BB a/c's are no longer id'ed by phone no.

@Keith0071 It was posted earlier the PN account side is NOT working correctly, so you may just be wasting your time!
