@DSK8 , I would suggest ringing customer service and asking them to do an account refresh, that should then enable you to register again with the app and website.

Hi,
Every time I try to log in via the app or the website I get a page that says “Sorry there seems to be a problem”. On the odd occasion I actually manage to get in (like now) and I try to check my bill (because I’ve just had a text saying my bill is ready) it won’t let me view my bill.
Any ideas? I’ve shut phone down a number of times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Only two days in and not super impressed tbh!

What happens when you try to view your bill? Do you see any error messages?
I am sorry you are experiencing these issues, I completely understand how frustrating this must be.
What is happening when you try and connect to the internet?
what is showing at the top of your phone? 4g, 5g, H+ etc?
