Since three days ago, I’ve been unable to access the router admin panel on 192.168.1.254
It takes a very, very long time to show the main dashboard page and when it does it shows this error:
I’ve tried a hard reset, power cycle and everything else one might expect to try but it still behaves the same.
Any ideas?

@AbbaTheHorse Also try another device and if possible something on the Ethernet connection direct to the EE Router!

Thank you. Refreshing doesn’t help, it just takes a really long time to refresh and just comes back to the same error.
Clicking on closes the error but then none of the options on the dashboard respond - they all just show the same error after a long wait.
I’ve also tried a direct Ethernet connection but still no joy.
I’ll contact support and see if they can replace the hardware.

What devices do you have connected to the hub? Could it be that one of them is causing some sort of problem? If possible, might be an idea to power off what you can (including extenders etc.) and see if the problem persists?

@AbbaTheHorse When I got this error, I found clearing my browser cache (Edge), fixed the issue for me

@Ewan15 Remembered i had seen it crop up again and it was fixed, just need to get the old brain to log in the new, think age has filled up all the good parts now and no more room!🙄👍
