I recently moved over from BT to EE. With the BT hub we used to listen to BBC radio programmes on four different radios in different parts of the house. With the EE hub we lose the ability to consistently get BBC radio programs. I have talked to a number of EE experts on the phone and the only suggestion made by them that works at all is to reset the hub. BBC radio programmes then work perfectly, but the fix lasts only a day or two at the most and sometimes only a few hours. It seems that something within the hub blocks the BBC system, which I know uses different system from other radio programs. Does this mean that I have a faulty hub? Do other users find that they can consistently receive BBC programs over the internet with an EE Smart Hub Plus?

@DavidBell1 : Really? I can get all the BBC stations on my Internet radios all over the house, over EE Full Fibre BB.

Full fibre is not available to me, so mine is fibre to cabinet.

The radios vary: Roberts, Pure and Panasonic. All worked with the BT hub that was replaced.

@DavidBell1 Are any off the radios losing connection too the hub? would try setting them to use the compatible wireless wifi feature instead of the main wifi that is using the WPA3-T protocol. If you had the BT Smarthub2, still have it then it works fine and dandy on the EE service connection also...

Thank you, but I am afraid that I have no idea how to reset the radios. If it is at all relevant, they do all receive the BBC programs after a reset of the hub. Then, after a time they all stop receiving the BBC, but not the other stations, apparently at the same time. Unfortunately I do not have the BT hub, because EE asked me to return it, which I did after the visit of the EE expert to set up my system.
