I switched from Vodafone (full fibre) to EE (full fibre) broadband last week and all devices work perfectly over WiFi with the exception of CISCO VPN connection to allow me to work from my work laptop.
Having read multiple historic posts of a similar nature, I am quite sure if I call EE I will be told it's my company's problem. I have been in constant contact with my company's IT department since last Friday. They have tried multiple things to resolve the problem but to no avail. VPN gets stuck on 'authenticating'. As a workaround I have had to hard wire in to the booster station and plug it in to my docking station but that's not a permanent solution. The laptop has been tested and there's no issue there.
Interested to see if there's any other customers out there with the same issue who can suggest a solution - all help much appreciated! 🙂
*****UPDATE******
No sooner had I posted this then I found the compatible WiFi option in the EE app.
I set that up and bingo, was able to connect my work laptop using the alternative network.

@V_L so does it work OK when connected via ethernet?
Which device uses Cisco VPN? And does it connect to any other sites such as goodle/BBC or similar?

Thanks so much for reaching out but I've stumbled upon the resolution. 🙂
