Unable to access certain websites

I have had no issues with trying to connect to certain websites for a long time, but suddenly overnight access to certain websites has suddenly vanished. The websites time out rather than connecting, and everything leads to this being an ISP problem due to the fact that it is only a couple of websites that are blocked rather than everything.

The websites that I have noticed are blocked so far are: legendsofidleon.com - the web client for an idle game that is PG13. The only thing that the website hosts is the game and a few links to helpful other sites, and the game itself isn't blocked as I can still play it through Steam

desktop.github.com - the download page for github desktop. Well known company, well known product, just not accessible for some reason.

so I guess EE and Plusnet both rely on BT as their upstream network provider.

Yes, EE, BT, PN & many other ISPs use the OR infrastructure for BB.
