I have switched to EE and an Engineer visited to set-up the equipment. He advised that I needed a Backup Unit as it hadn't been delivered, and also an additional Booster. I have phoned 150, tried the Help section via the app and the website, and there is no option to request it or speak to an agent. Can anyone help?

There is no Live Chat for BB. You need to phone CS.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Are a Backup Unit & an additional WiFi extender part of it?

I have phoned 150, however, there is no option that would allow me to request these items.
I do have a Backup Unit, it's just not compatible with the new router, and the engineer advised that I could get up to 3 Boosters.
